You can use this to give points to special abilities. Press the key and you will see the amount will increase. Make sure you only have a SINGLE SHIP selected and you can see the UPGRADE POINTS STAR in the lower right selection pane. Numpad 7: Carrier Upgrade Points - this ONLY works on CARRIER ships. Numpad 6: Antimatter - make sure to select a SINGLE ship or structure OR make sure you DON'T have anything selected and MOUSE OVER an ICON or a SINGLE UNIT and press key to give a massive amount.
